Floods and heavy rains are among the biggest challenges faced by IDPs and the most vulnerable families, as they have a negative impact on their homes located in mountainous areas close to the course of the floods, and pose a great danger to the lives of their family members. Through field survey and verification teams, Nabd Organization, with funding from Cordaid, completes the implementation of verification activities and assesses the damages and needs of many of these families. This activity represents one of the activities of the Yemen Joint Response 2022-2023, which is implemented by NDEO in three districts in AlMahwit Governorate, which targets the partial rehabilitation of 110 homes and 220 transitional shelters.
