Access to all care levels is compromised, especially in rural areas, due to long distances to health facilities, insecurity, inadequate staff, high costs, and poverty. Through many primary healthcare programs and activities, NDEO will always strive to reach different people in need. NDEO will also work to enhance community-based approaches to health and educational services and enhance the capabilities and skills of HWs.
