The 28th Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC that was held in Dubai concluded yesterday. for the first time reached an international commitment to eliminate fossil fuels and transition to energy in a fair manner.

During the first day of the conference, the Loss and Damage Fund was financed by several countries.
